you are suggested to stay on the Mt.Huangshan. Be noted there're limited
hotel options on the mountains. Xihai Hotel (West Sea Hotel), Shilin

Huangshan, or the Yellow Mountains, is renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty, including iconic granite peaks, ancient pine trees, hot springs and misty landscapes. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of China's most famous mountain ranges.
The best times to visit Huangshan are spring(from April to May )and autumn (from September to November) when the weather is mild and the landscape is most scenic. Summer (June to August) can be crowded and hot, while winter (December to February) offers a chance to see snow-covered peaks, though it can be cold and slippery.
While it is possible to visit Huangshan on a day trip from nearby cities like Hangzhou or Shanghai, it's generally better to spend at least one or two nights in the area to fully enjoy the mountain's beauty and experience the various hiking routes.
A typical Huangshan hike can take 2-3 days, depending on the route and how much time you want to spend exploring. Some visitors choose to do a shorter hike, focusing on the main peaks and famous sites.
Anche se alcune parti del Monte Huangshan sono raggiungibili con le funivie, molti sentieri escursionistici prevedono salite ripide e terreni irregolari, rendendo la visita difficile per le persone con mobilità ridotta. Acqua e spuntini per l’escursione, anche se lungo il percorso ci sono punti dove comprare cibo e bevande. Macchina fotografica per immortalare i paesaggi mozzafiato.
Sulla montagna ci sono numerosi hotel e ostelli, dalle soluzioni economiche a quelle di lusso. Queste strutture ricettive offrono servizi base e alcune propongono anche i pasti. Sono presenti bagni pubblici, ma le strutture potrebbero essere più scarse nelle zone più alte della montagna.
Sì, Huangshan è generalmente considerato sicuro per i visitatori. Tuttavia, come per qualsiasi sentiero escursionistico o zona montuosa, è importante fare attenzione, soprattutto in inverno o nei giorni di pioggia, poiché i percorsi possono risultare scivolosi.
